The Corporate Rebelle is born

Have you ever put something off so long you started regretting putting it off? Then welcome, you are my people, it’s so nice to have you here! I’ve done this get an idea – wait until it’s “perfect” – then the time passes and it’s no longer inspring dance many times, I’m surprised it hasn’t gone viral yet.

The idea of perfect is so enticing, like if it is perfect no one can shoot it down, no one can reject it. It took a lot of learning and healing to understand that a. perfect does not exist, it’s is a never ending loop of disappointment, and b. even if you manage perfect, someone out there will find a way to reject you and most likely that rejection will come from you being perfect and therefore unrelatable.

So what does all this mean? The moral is that perfect is not required and not desired. And that is what you will get from me, a complete lack of perfection. Messy action will not be the name of the game, they are not mutually exculsive. My journey (which still continues) out of perfection and into true authenticity led me to this place. A place where I help women in the corporate world find success in a way that feels GOOD. Like really, really good…because it’s coming from a place of your authentic Self (you may already noticed a million gramatical errors, that’s cool refer back to the section on perfect however the capital S is on purpose, stick around to find out more).

This space is where I will share my stories, some long and some super short, and provide the tips, tricks, tools, resources, learnings, that helped me find my authentic Self and succeed in business.

Who am I you ask? I have a degree in electrical engineering, I used that degree to design buildings and campuses, I took those experiences and became a project manager, then an operations leader, then a managing director for multiple offices. Now I have my corporate job leading a team of junior engineers and soul’s job coaching women to become leaders far quicker than I did. I used insights in Human Design to deepen my knowledge of myself, how I best communicate, leaned into my unique skill of breaking down patterns and guide others into their breakthroughs and insights. In short, I’m a badass and I want you to be one too!
